Wow what a change. I bet you cant stop looking at yourself in the mirror and you have a before and after photo in your wallet dont you. Well I would to if it was me. You really do look great . I have the family drate of the double chin. Also have bag things under eyes I've always needed to get rid off. Maybe this could work for me as well. But just remember this small message. It is what you have on the INSIDE that really matters , Not the outside. But know how you feel if you say people do judge the outside first before getting to know who you are on the inside ay? And if you arent happy with your look it shows in how we present our selfs to others. But good on you and job well done. You must be so proud with yourself. From Tracy

I know how you feel Sinisstar I also hate my photo taken so much but not just face shots the whole body as I think cameras make you look at yourself how others see you. Not good really.ay?

A person unaware of the fact that there are fitness exercises for face cannot recognize that the two pictures taken are of same person. This really is an unbelievable change. I really dream of a lean face because i too feel shy and even avoid giving professional interviews in media as because my cheek and beneath cheek fat looks prominent on TV. Could i ever be the lucky person to learn the exercises
